How do I pay for my order?

You may pay for your order with any of the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal or a Money Order received prior to shipping.

How is it packaged?

Your delicious Magical Toffee is individually hand-packed. It is wrapped in an FDA approved plastic bag, sealed with an Impulse Heat Sealer and closed with a twist tie to ensure optimal freshness. It is placed in our signature gift box with an all-natural look and feel and completed with a striking ribbon which presents a perfect gift for all occasions. The candy box is then put into a box which includes recyclable newsprint to protect the toffee during travel. During the hot summer months a frozen gel pack will be included. All the boxes are manufactured with 100% recycled materials and contain 100% post consumer fibers.

How is my toffee shipped and when can I expect it?

We take pride in creating only the freshest and highest quality toffee for our customers. It is packaged 24 hours after making it so it has time to set. In order to deliver you the freshest toffee possible, we ship your order using the USPS Priority Shipping method. It typically takes 2 - 3 business days for you to receive your order. Magical Toffee is a handmade product and made to order. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping, longer for busy holiday seasons. On receipt we recommend refrigeration as a form of storage.

How long will the toffee last?

Our purpose is to create the most delicious toffee you will ever taste. We do not use preservatives or fillers of any kind in our recipe. We use high quality fresh ingredients. Our toffee is best at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration when storing. Depending on how soft you like your toffee will determine how long you can store it without refrigeration. It can stay in a cool, dry area without refrigeration for up to three months in foil wrap or a zip-lock plastic bag. It will soften but it does not lose its quality. To extend the freshness, you can freeze our toffee. Keep it frozen in a freezer in a zip-lock bag for up to four months. Thaw at room temperature or use the defrost setting on your microwave oven and it will taste as fresh as the day you froze it.

What ingredients do you use to make the toffee?

We use only the highest quality ingredients. We DO NOT use preservatives or artificial flavors. Our recipe has only five fresh ingredients: sweet dairy fresh butter (half salted / half unsalted), pure cane sugar, slivered almonds, milk chocolate and locally grown walnuts.

How big are the toffee pieces?

Our toffee comes in all shapes and sizes. It is hand-cracked. It is not cut with a uniform tool.

Is Magical Toffee a “Green" Business?

We use Cellophane Bags made from Clear 100% Home - Compostable Cellophane. They are derived from wood with nearly zero environmental impact. They feature a high permeability, allowing moisture to pass, preventing condensation and reducing mold growth in certain foods.

All the boxes, the candy and shipping boxes plus the filler is manufactured with 100% recycled materials and contain 100% post consumer fibers. The ribbons are reusable.

How safe is ordering online?

It is 100% safe. We use a secure server and guarantee you will not experience any problems by ordering online with us! ALL BILLING INFORMATION IS DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. If you are still unsure, we will gladly accept a Money Order, prior to shipping for your purchase. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your mail order.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate toffee experience. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. We 100% guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your Magical Toffee order PLEASE contact us. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your toffee purchase. Please note: We cannot guarantee shipping chocolate products using the Standard Ground shipping option in the summer. The heat will melt the chocolate. We advise using USPS Priority Shipping methods. It typically takes 2 - 3 business days and a cold pack will be provided.
